Sheri Frisby is Senior Vice President, Operations Manager at Truist Leadership Institute. She contributes to the strategic direction of Truist Leadership Institute and oversees the hospitality and operations teams which crafts a superior client experience for Truist, corporate clients, and philanthropic partners. She has held this position since November 2016 and is a member of Truist Leadership Institute’s Senior Leadership Team.
Previously, Frisby served as a branch manager from February 2013 until October 2016. In this role, she was honored as a winner of the Sterling Performance Club which recognizes the top performers of the bank. Prior, she was trained by The Walt Disney Company, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International. She has thoughtfully considered multiple perspectives at the heart of the client experience, allowing her to establish the vision for new hotels seeking a unique experience. She partnered with the architect, interior designer, and construction team to establish a world-class vision at the Kelly S. King Center which was recognized by the NAIOP North Carolina award for New Development Project of the Year, IIDA Carolinas Winner (Hospitality), AIA North Carolina Merit Award, and AIA Winston-Salem Honor Award (Hospitality).
