Philip Jennings is a Senior Leadership Development Instructor at Truist Leadership Institute. Philip facilitates leadership development programming for an audience ranging from students and emerging leaders to executives. He empowers individuals to cultivate essential skills and qualities, fostering their ability to inspire, guide, and positively influence people, teams, and organizations. Philip has held this position since March 2022 and is a member of the Truist Leadership Institute Leadership Development Programs team.
Previously, Philip built a robust career at Truist. Over the last three decades, he held numerous roles as a Learning Facilitator, Training Manager, and Training Specialist. During this time, Philip specialized in enhancing leaders’ abilities to influence and enhance team capabilities to achieve stronger productivity. He facilitated programming to trainers in the southeast region and to mid-upper-level leaders in both the public and private sectors. Philip continues to be recognized for his participants’ measurable advancements. Prior, he served clients as a Retail Community Bank Associate responsible for assisting clients in achieving their financial goals and enhancing local branch experiences.
Today, Philip is a devoted facilitator and coach with a flourishing track record of teaching and encouraging his learners. Philip is a firm believer that dynamic leadership involves compassion, insight, and the thoughtful encouragement of others.
Philip participates in all eight Truist Business Resource Groups to drive culture and inclusivity within the organization.
